CanaSIM ("we", "us", "our") is an independent mobile and SIM plan consultancy based in Canada. We provide advisory services to help individuals, families, and businesses identify cost-effective mobile plans available in the Canadian market. We are not affiliated with, associated with, or acting as agents of any Canadian carrier or telecommunications provider.
2. Our Services
CanaSIM provides paid consultancy services including:

- International and travel SIM advice
Our recommendations are based on publicly available plan information and our independent analysis. We do not guarantee specific savings amounts as plan availability, pricing, and eligibility vary by provider, province, and individual circumstances.
3. No Carrier Affiliation
CanaSIM operates entirely independently. We are not agents, representatives, or affiliates of Rogers, Bell, Telus, Freedom Mobile, Koodo, Fido, Virgin Plus, Public Mobile, Lucky Mobile, Chatr, SaskTel, Eastlink, Videotron, or any other Canadian telecommunications provider. Any carrier names mentioned are used for comparative reference only.
4. No Banking Information Required
CanaSIM will never request your banking details, credit card numbers, SIN, or any financial account information. If anyone claiming to represent CanaSIM requests such information, please contact us immediately at hello@canasim.ca.
5. Limitation of Liability
CanaSIM provides recommendations based on information available at the time of consultation. Carrier plans, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any changes made by carriers after our recommendation, or for any decisions you make based on our advice.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province in which services are rendered. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Canadian law.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
